Gerry Murtagh.
Founder, author of The Lean Pivot, and a practitioner first.
Gerry has spent most of his career leading large-scale regulatory and digital transformation programmes in regulated financial services firms. He founded PTR Consulting in 2007, leading regulatory reform, integration and operating model programmes for global banks at COO, CFO and managing director level. He has since founded and scaled a venture-funded RegTech platform, led regulatory product lines and AI adoption for a RegTech business, and helped firms adopt AI with the controls their clients expect.
He works best at the hardest point of change: building the business case and the shared picture of the target state that gets a programme funded and moving. He also speaks on the practical implementation of AI in regulated industries.
